The Feedback Loop
At TSheets, we HIGHLY value the feedback we get from our customers. I have personally responded to every single email that customers have sent directly to me (spam not included). That said, TSheets is currently brainstorming a more public venue for customers like you to chat it up with each other (and us). At this soon-to-launch forum, the TSheets community will be able to share best practices, ask questions and find answers. In a huge bonus, we'll take all of this input and turn it around to improve our service for you.
Online user forums are everywhere, yet not many are engaging and effective. We want ours to rock and roll for the real world. So it's feedback time. Please share your ideas on how you'd like to connect to the TSheets user community. We want to hear from you!

Clock In the Whole Crew, Smartphone-Style
Do you have an Android or iPhone plus a large crew to supervise? TSheets is here to save the day, or at least say you time and accuracy issues when clocking in your team out in the field.
After rigorous beta-testing over the past several months, the all-new CREW app is now available on the Android Market and (soon to be) iTunes Store**. The CREW app connects to your TSheets account, opening up the anywhere, anytime ability to time track, monitor and manage your entire work crew from a mobile device.
Managers can track employees, GPS locations, tasks and jobs with the touch of button. From the staff in the field to the overseers in the accounting/payroll department, the CREW app offers accuracy, accessibility and accountability for all.
** NOTE: The CREW app is currently under review in the iTunes Store and should be available sometime this week.
