Volume Billing Plan Details
We offer a Volume Billing Plan for companies with 50 or more active users. In order to qualify for the Volume Billing Plan, customers must have 50 or more active users (inclusive of the one free admin included in each plan) on their billing day of the month (“BDOM”). Customers, both prospective and existing, looking to get on the Volume Billing Plan must call 877-874-3407 to enroll. The Volume Billing Plan will not be assigned to any customers automatically based on their active user count, and it is limited to billing plans offered in USD.
When an existing customer is moved to the Volume Billing Plan, the plan will be effective on the customer’s next BDOM. The Volume Billing Plan pricing will not be applied retroactively or prorated for past or current month(s). If an existing customer does not maintain 50 active users, they will be notified and then moved to the standard list price, effective on their next BDOM.
New customers who plan to add 50 or more active users to their account and request to be enrolled in the Volume Billing Plan may be eligible for the Volume Billing Plan and will have three months from their next BDOM to add enough active users to satisfy the 50-active-user-minimum requirement. If they don’t have at least 50 active users on their third consecutive BDOM, they will be moved to the standard list price.
Customers must maintain at least 50 active users to remain on the Volume Billing Plan. If a customer does not maintain 50 active users, they will be moved to the standard list price, effective on their BDOM. We will provide an electronic, written notice (email) at least 30 days in advance of the effective date of the billing plan change.
Customers who may again reach the 50-active-user requirement may be eligible but must contact our customer support team to be moved back to the Volume Billing Plan, effective on their next BDOM, at the then-current prices.
